Services are available across the Greater Sydney region, subject to technician availability and scheduling. SwiftSyd reserves the right to decline, reschedule, or cancel a service booking at its discretion, including where the requested service location is deemed unsafe, inaccessible, or outside our operational area. We will provide reasonable notice of any such changes.
You are responsible for ensuring that our technicians have safe and lawful access to your vehicle at the nominated service location. This includes providing any required building access codes, carpark fobs, or entry instructions at the time of booking. SwiftSyd will not be liable for any delay, cancellation, or inability to complete a service where access is not provided as agreed.
By booking a service, you represent that you are the registered owner of the vehicle or have the lawful authority to arrange detailing services for the vehicle in question. You agree to disclose any known pre-existing damage, paint defects, or vehicle conditions that may be relevant to the service.
While SwiftSyd strives to deliver the highest quality results, outcomes may vary depending on the vehicle’s condition, age, and degree of contamination. SwiftSyd makes no guarantee that all stains, scratches, or odours will be fully remedied. We will always advise you honestly about what is achievable for your vehicle’s specific condition.
Bookings may be made via our website at mobilecarwashsydney.com, by phone, or through our AI-assisted booking and enquiry system. A booking is confirmed when you receive written or verbal confirmation from SwiftSyd.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. The following terms apply:
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST. SwiftSyd reserves the right to vary pricing. Additional charges may apply for oversized or heavily soiled vehicles, which will be communicated before work commences.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods specified on our website.
To the extent permitted by law, SwiftSyd’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service provided.
SwiftSyd takes all reasonable care, but we are not liable for damage arising from pre-existing conditions or undisclosed defects. You must notify SwiftSyd of any damage claims in writing within 24 hours of service completion.
SwiftSyd uses AI systems to assist with customer communications, including telephone reception and messaging. These tools handle enquiries submitted through our website and assist with scheduling.
By submitting an enquiry, you consent to being contacted by SwiftSyd using AI-assisted systems, including outbound calls and automated messages. You may request to speak with a human representative at any time during an AI-initiated communication.
